Displaced RA Claimant Desk Aid
In an effort to better serve reemployment assistance claimants, please use the following link to access a desk aid with information on assisting displaced individuals who need help verifying their identity through ID.me to access the reemployment assistance system. As of September 2021, all individuals who are accessing the reemployment assistance must login through a multi-factor authentication process. Part of this process requires individuals to verify their identity through the ID.me authentication software. DEO has found that some claimants may not be able to independently complete this verification without assistance through the ID.me Trusted Referee option. The attached information is intended to provide step-by-step details to CareerSource staff members to best assist displaced individuals who may need assistance with the process and the primary and secondary documentation which may be needed. As a reminder, the RA Help Center is available at FloridaJobs.org/RAHelpCenter for common questions and concerns.
