Agency Extends Customer Service Hotline Hours
The Agency for Workforce Innovation has extended its Unemployment Compensation Customer Service Hotline hours over the upcoming weekend to include Saturday (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) and Sunday (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). Customers who have questions about the recent extension in Unemployment Compensation benefits or their existing claims may call

President Extends Unemployment Compensation Benefits
WASHINGTON - On Friday, November 6, President Obama signed the Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009 into law. The new law provides additional weeks of Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) for thousands of Floridians who have exhausted all benefits or will by the end of the year. Read more...
