Customer Service Agent (OPS Employment Security Rep I

Job responsibilities working as a Customer Service Agent include: 

  • Providing quality customer service through daily phone interaction
  • Processing new or continued claims filed online while safeguarding confidential personal information using the Reconnect system
  • Providing claim status information to customers 

Claims Investigator (OPS Employment Security Rep II

Job responsibilities working as a Claims Investigator include: 

  • Providing quality Customer Service
  • Gathering claimant and employer information through fact-finding 
  • Applying laws and policies to determine claimant eligibility using the Reconnect system

Employment Program Specialist  (OPS Employment Specialist - 811973)  

Job responsibilities working as a Employment Program Specialist include: 

  • Reviews and interprets information in response to employer protest request
  • Composes and issues written, unbiased determinations to interested parties concerning the claimant's eligibility for benefits (non-monetary), the chargeability of employer experience rating and the chargeability of employer reimbursable accounts

Employment Program Specialist  (OPS Employment Specialist - 811978)

What to Expect

Job fair attendees will be assisted with the application process. For some positions, on-site applicant screenings and interviews may be held. Selected applicants may receive a conditional offer followed by on-site fingerprinting for pending background checks.

What to Bring

All prospective applicants should bring their resume with references, government-issued identification (ID) and social security card. Any applicant claiming veteran preference entitlement should bring their DD-214.

Professional attire is appropriate for this event.
