Reports

The Monthly Management Report (MMR) is a snapshot of the performance data present in the Management Information System on the last day of each month and is posted 20 days after the end of the reporting period. The report posted on this website provides a summary count (numerator, denominator, and rates) for each measure on a year to month and month-only basis.

The MMR from January 2007 forward should be considered as D-R-A-F-T.   The data used in these reports comes from Employ Florida Marketplace (EFM) and we are still in the process of verifying data conversion and reports.  These reports will remain draft until Workforce Florida, Inc. (WFI) and Geographic Solutions, Inc. have completed their validation efforts.

  Measure 11 - WIA In-School Youth Outcome Rate, and Measure 14 - WIA Younger Youth Positive Outcome Rate have been revised using modified queries resolving an issue with the way employment was being pulled.
  Measure 13, Youth Skill Attainment Rate, is still being evaluated and once it is finalized we will repost the data for this measure.
  

• July 2007 Monthly Management Report  DRAFT   (rev 8/27/07)
  

  Due to an EFM data correction, measures 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 have been re-calculated and now, properly, capture employment information at program exit.  Previously, this employment information had been deleted from the system and, subsequently, MMR workarounds were developed in an attempt to report outcomes as accurately as possible.  With the restoration of the employment data, which affected all WIA measures using employment information at program exit, the workarounds are no longer needed and the data accurately reflects the employment status of participants at program exit.

  Measures 13, 23, 25 and 26 have been updated to reflect all data derived from EFM only.  The previous posting presented data out of both systems: 

  OSMIS July 2006 through December 2006 and EFM January to June 2007.  In addition, methods were changed in October which affected the numerator and denominator, in the previous posting.  This report will reflect the post October method which has been applied to the full program year July 2006 to June 2007.  Using this method will ensure consistency across the program year using one system and one method.
