**Important Workers' Compensation Information for Case Managers**
All case managers must follow these procedures when reporting a workers' compensation claim for all FSET and Optional Workfare participants: Immediately call CorVel Corp., the State of Florida's vendor who handles all workers' compensation claims at (866) 786-3351 to report the injury. Give the location code of 1104 and state that the claim is for either a volunteer FSET participant or Optional Workfare participant. This is very important since CorVel handles all claims for state employees as well.
