Agency Media Center

The Office of Communications and External Affairs is the primary source of public information about Florida’s Early Learning, Workforce Services and Unemployment Compensation programs.  The Office is responsible for media relations, consumer information and internal communications and provides information about the Agency’s programs through news releases and publications, responses to media and the public, speeches, presentations and community outreach efforts.
