TALLAHASSEE – The Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) today announced that Bill Wilson has been named Director of Legislative Affairs and Theresa “Cissy” Proctor has been named Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs.

Jesse Panuccio, the newly appointed DEO Executive Director said, “Bill brings to DEO extensive experience with the legislative process and considerable relationships with key stakeholders. Cissy has represented a number of public-sector agencies and organizations and will be a critical member of our team. With the addition of Bill and Cissy to the staff, I am confident that DEO will have knowledgeable and effective legislative representation.
