Coalitions / Child Care Resource and Referral
Welcome to the Agency for Workforce Innovation - Office of Early Learning Child Care Resource and Referral Network. Our goal is to work hand-in-hand with you as you assist families in your local area. Please visit our website regularly to keep up-to-date with training announcements, document revisions and other material/resources to assist you in providing quality services to the families and child care and early care and education providers in your community.
Technical Assistance is available to Early Learning Coalitions and Child Care Resource & Referral Service Providers through telephone consultations, e-mail, Conference calls, the Child Care Resource & Referral Network website, mail-outs, Regional/Statewide Trainings and on-site visits on a variety of topics, including:

- Best Practices in Child Care Resource & Referral
- Inclusion
- Community Outreach - Consumer/public awareness
- Provider recruitment, start-up and retention
- Employer-sponsored services
- Coordinator Training
- Customer Service / Specialist Training

To address concerns about travel limitations for coalitions, we have consolidated the remaining CCRR Regional Trainings for this Fiscal year.
The dates and locations for the two remaining Regional Trainings are as follows:

The training topics that will be covered are EFS-CCR&R and VOICES Customer Service training. We would like to maximize the attendance of coalition and/or contractor, CCRR or blended staff (CCRR & School Readiness). We do know that many of you have travel limitations so please focus on sending new staff to this training but staff from any coalition or CCRR office in any part of the state, are welcome to attend.
