Coalition Program Analysts
The Coalition Analysts are part of the Consumer Affairs Unit at the office of Early Learning and provide an integral support link between the Agency and the (31) early learning coalitions and their service providers throughout Florida. Strategically posted across the state, Coalition Analysts provide training and technical assistance to their assigned coalitions and serve as liaisons between the coalitions and the office. Specific technical assistance activities include needs assessments, development and delivery of local and regional trainings and toolkits; review of proposed rule and guidance; quality assurance site visits to the coalitions; and participation in fast-react teams to assist coalitions in need.
