The department provides digital comprehensive plans and plan amendments that have been submitted by the local governments for review on the Florida PAPERS system.

In addition, the department reviews the proposed plans and plan amendments and posts the Objection, Recommendation and Comment (ORC) Report or comment letter.  These documents, along with the notice of intent for compliance for adopted amendments submitted pursuant to the state coordinated review process, can be viewed in digital format by going to the Notices of Intent and ORC reports page.
