Olde Eau Gallie (Melbourne - Brevard County) - Designated: 2003

Situated on the banks of the Eau Gallie River and Indian River Lagoon in Brevard County, Eau Gallie is a community regionally known for its cultural and historical accomplishments. Home to several notable museums and historic structures, the community of Eau Gallie has a traditional downtown that is pedestrian and bicycle friendly. In 2003, the year Eau Gallie was designated as a Waterfronts Florida Partnership Community, the community won a national American Planning Award for its downtown redevelopment.
