Office of the General Counsel  

The Office of the General Counsel provides legal services for all program areas of the department.

Office of the Inspector General  

The Office of the Inspector General promotes accountability, integrity and efficiency in department programs.

Legislative Affairs Office

The Legislative Affairs Office is responsible for the development, coordination, and communication of the department's legislative and budget priorities.

Office for Civil Rights 

The Office for Civil Rights ensures nondiscrimination and equal opportunity in employment, programs, and services within department  jurisdiction.

Office of Economic Accountability and Transparency 

The Office of Economic Accountability and Transparency is charged with ensuring key objectives are clearly communicated to the public, as well as organizing departmental resources, expertise, data, and research to focus on and solve the complex economic challenges facing the state.
